Join us at the Winery for a facilitated therapeutic drumming session where we will explore drumming, have fun and build community. All you need is yourself, comfortable clothes and curiosity! The healing drum is great for stress and pain relief, emotional support, community fun and connection. It is impossible not to get it right! If you can move and breathe, you can drum. Drums and other percussive instruments are provided but you can certainly bring your own, so come and enjoy yourself!
